Use this page to request deletion of your Sudan Health Care account and the personal information linked to it. A member of our team reviews each request and verifies your identity before acting on it.

What will be deleted

  • Your access to the app and all active sessions.
  • Push notification tokens registered to your devices.
  • Stored one-time passcodes (OTP).
  • Medication reminders you created.

What will be retained

Insurance, claims, and preauthorization records are kept for the period required by applicable health and insurance regulations and cannot be deleted on request. Your membership on the insurance policy remains active unless your employer or the policyholder cancels it.
